This used instrument has been upgraded with 2 turbomolecular pumps for enhanced sensitivity - please see the Limit of Detection and ESI Tune Report.

For method development, the MassHunter software includes an optimizer function, where the analyte can be infused directly into the ionization source or by a series of injections. The software then identifies selected product ions as well as optimizing fragmentor voltage and collision energies from a mix of analytes assayed at once.
