This Cecil 3021 Super Aurius spectrophotometer features performance scanning, with derivatives, overlay, extended analytical power and multi-cell kinetics. Other functions include calibration curves, multi wavelength measurements, DNA and protein assays, cell and wavelength programmes, kinetics and band areas.

The 3000 edition of the Super Aurius Series of their equipment are exclusive for their extremely high capability scanning, with derivatives, overlay, expanded measuring capacity and multi-cell Kinetics. They cover across the complete 190-1000 nm wavelength spectrum with a limited visual frequency range, and a 0.01% stray-light, 0.1 nm of bandwidth accuracy. It has a baseline stability greater than ±0.001A/hr which enables heavy-duty intense measurement to be set in motion. The user-friendly functionality makes complex tasks convenient and simple. A vast spectrum of software and accessories makes the Aurius and Super Aurius equipment to be excellent multi-user equipment, well-suited for multi-discipline laboratories. Less than 0.01% stray-light, enables analysis of 3 absorbances to be made with a 1% error. This performance could be correlated with errors of 26%, 10% and 6% which result from stray-light of 0.5%, 0.1% and 0.05% respectively for the same analysis.
