This 2777 Sample Manager is a high-capacity, fast robotic system for the preparation and injection of samples. Designed for high-throughput HPLC and LC/MS, the 2777 is configured with a single injector for routine applications; you can also configure it with a four-injector module for higher-throughput multiplexed injections.

• Sample Capacity: 98 x 2 mL vials per tray, 200 x 1 mL vials per tray, 32 x 10 mL / 20 mL vials per tray, 6 deepwell or standard microplates 12 standard microplates
• Wash Station: 2 different wash solvents
• Carryover: < 0.05%
• Injection Speed: 20 - 250µL/sec. or (0.5-5 seconds to dispense 100µL)
• Injection Cycle Time Minimum: < 20 sec (injection to injection, includes needle wash)
• Injection Modules : One or four, six part valves, each equipped with a 20 µL loop (standard), optional loop sizes up to 5000 µL
• Dilutor syringe sizes: 1 mL, 2.5 mL (standard), 5 mL, 10 mL
• Injection Volume Range: 10 to 1µL with optional larger loop and syringe
• Replicate injections: 1-99 from one vial

Jaytee Biosciences Ltd warranty all reconditioned instruments for a pre-agreed period. This period can be from 30 days to 1 year from the date of installation / delivery of the instrument. Generally newer equipment has a longer warranty than older equipment.

Additional warranty periods can be negotiated at the time of purchase if required.
